  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products opened or used

  • Personal care items (e.g., creams, capsules) once opened

  • Items without original packaging

3. Return Process

  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Share photos/videos of the damaged or wrong item.

  • Our support team will initiate pickup or provide return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved and received, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are made to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).
